Hi there! Thank you for visiting Bleiz. We understand that you may have some questions so here are some answers for you! 

  1. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we do! We ship worldwide. Do drop us an email at info@bleiz.org for more information on international orders.

  2. Can I exchange my order?
    Yes, only for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the original condition/packaging with the original tags. 

    For all Liforme products: Unfortunately, all Liforme products are not exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Do drop us an email at exchanges@bleiz.org if your Liforme product is faulty. 

  3. Do you accept returns?
    Yes, we accept returns and it will be in the form of store credits and subjected to case-by-case basis. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the original condition/packaging with the original tags. 

    For all Liforme products: Unfortunately, all Liforme products cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Do drop us an email at exchanges@bleiz.org if your Liforme product is faulty. 


  4. Can I cancel my order after payment?
    All orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

  5. What should I do if the incorrect item/faulty item is received?
    We are sorry that you received an incorrect/faulty item! Do send us an email at exchanges@bleiz.org as soon as you can, so that we can arrange for the exchange.

  6. Can I make a change to my billing/delivery address before the order ships?
    Yes, of course! We understand that sometimes we click too fast at checkout. Do drop us an email at sales@bleiz.org as soon as possible so that we can catch the package before it ships!

  7. I see something that I like from the brand you carry. Can you bring the item over to Singapore?
    Yes, please write to us at sales@bleiz.org.

  8. What is the Touch-N-Feel Service?
    We offer bespoke Touch-N-Feel Services for the Liforme mats. We understand it is often frustrating that you cannot feel how good the mat is before purchase. Hence, we came up with this exclusive Touch-and-Feel Service just for you! Do drop us an email at sales@bleiz.org to arrange for a time slot!

  9. What are the delivery options?
    We offer a few delivery options that best suit your needs:
    a. Self-Collection (At collection points or at our warehouse)
    b. Standard Delivery (3 - 5 days)
    c. Expedited Delivery (2 - 4 days)
    d. Exclusive Concierge Service (1 - 2 days)
    e. Lightning Speed (within 24 hours)
    e. International Delivery 

  10. What is 'Exclusive Concierge Service'?
    Delivery with a personal touch. Tell us your contact details and we do the rest :)

  11. Do you ship Liforme Products out of Singapore?
    Due to certain restrictions, we can only ship Liforme products within Singapore. If you are outside of Singapore, please email us at info@bleiz.org and we will be happy to assist.
